Green Bay Packers

In the NFL there are a total of 32 teams, and with a little luck, I ended up living in the state with one of the most storied franchises in history. Back in the early 1900's the Green Bay Packers were founded by a couple of men named Curly Lambeau and George Calhoun, and over the years they have cemented their legacy in the NFL. The Packers have gained 13 total championships, including the 4 Super Bowls, and as the years have racked up the pride from fans has only grown. The aspect of the Packers that really sets it apart is that, unlike other teams with their greedy owners, they choose to be publicly owned, giving the fans an even deeper connection with the organization.

Nowadays, the Packer's situation is slightly different than some of the previous eras. They are in a transition between quarterbacks, previously being led by Aaron Rodgers, and Jordan Love is trying to gain his footing. Separating himself from Aaron is difficult, but that goal is not far away as Jordan consistently shows his improvement throughout the weeks. The 2024 season has been a learning experience for the entire young team, and Matt LaFleur, the Packers coach, is getting ready for a playoff push after seeing what his team was capable of last year. All Packers fans, including myself, are known for their loyalty and energy, and by the time this season is over, I believe that team support will only get stronger.
