About Me

My name is Sean Bird, and I'm a student at Western Technical College working on a degree in Web and Software Development at the moment. Starting in spring 2025 I will be transferring over to UWL where I'll be pursuing a degree in computer science. I’ve always enjoyed the idea of creating things that others in the world can use to benefit their everyday life. This is what led me into the field of software development because I want to apply my interest in creating things to a relevant industry. After learning just the bare minimum about web development, I am confident that I have chosen the correct field for me.

Outside of school, I work as a merchandiser for a vendor called Bills Distributing. At this job, I visit different grocery stores and restock various types of drinks, ranging from energy drinks all the way to alcohol. It has been the perfect job to give me enough time to work on all of my class work. In my free time, I waste a lot of it watching the NFL and looking at my fantasy football team, but in my opinon watching the Green Bay Packers is not a real waste. The rest of my free time is spent with friends or occasionally it is spent golfing, which I can never seem to get better at.
